Features

Sunchang Raspberries are produced mainly in Ssangchi and Bokheung, over 400m above sea level. The growers are proud of the quality with firm flesh and high sweetness because of the great temperature difference between day and night. They contain carbohydrates including glucose (43%), fructose (8%) and sucrose (6.5%) as well as organic acids including citric acid, salicylic acid, caproic acid, and formic acid. It is favored as one of the best healthy foods containing vitamin B and C.
