Purposes

The festival aims to present the elegance and taste of sauces to tourists and gives the opportunity for residents to enjoy culture and to shed new light on traditional sauce culture. The festival was designated as the Culture & Tourism Festival by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for 9 consecutive years. The festival has been attempting a variety of endeavors and changes to be the representative festival of Korea.
